EXCITING ASSIGNMENTS
Responsibilities
1.Successful implementation and overall responsibility of product and process development on customer designed products throughout all NPI project phases on a global scale (design, prototyping, ramp up, mass production, ramp down).project management skills – keep the time line is very important.
2.Fist level customer contact to coordinate interactions and align schedules and work tasks internally
3.Leading the project team for product development, technology and quality in cooperation with Plansee internal expert group
4.Definition of product specifications, evaluation of manufacturing process and technologies, assistance in cost and investment calculations for production readiness.Willing to understand every manufacturing process – strength and weakness of the process we are using now and go to production very often or find out the issues from either production or data prior to issues are getting bigger and bigger.
5.Responsibility of process setup and process control requirements for all product related manufacturing steps.
6.Think about twice or three times before comment – to get the trust of his team members.
7.Leadership – give the space/power for his team members to resolve the issues or give them directions how to resolve the issues but need to sync or understand all of the progress (make sure everything is on track)
8.Deep dive/ detail & result oriented,capability of data analysis.
YOUR SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications
1. Technical background education (mechanical engineering or material science with more than 3 years of professional working experience with external customers.
2. Confident and conscientious communication in English, being proactive.
3. Flexible in working hours and location, travel on short notice may be required.
4. Experience in DOE, implementing of new processes and analysis of process data.
5. Time and Target management to keep timelines and focus on required actions to meet the project goals.
6. Knowledge in project management and process management, also familiar with MS office applications and SAP.
7. Experience in powder metallurgy or consumer electronics industry is a plus.
8.Stress resistance.
